Data collected

This website collects personal data only upon voluntary submission of a form:

• Email address (optional in the survey form, required in the contact form)
• Survey answers (anonymous if no email is provided)
• First name or pseudonym (contact form)
• Content of freely written messages

No data is automatically collected during browsing (no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics).

Purpose of processing

• Sending an automatic acknowledgement email
• Communicating project updates if explicit consent was given
• Aggregated and anonymised analysis of survey responses (non-commercial market research)
• Responding to contact form requests

Legal basis

All processing is based on the free and informed consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR). Consent is given explicitly at the time of form submission via a mandatory checkbox.

Retention period

Data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of collection. After this period, data is permanently deleted. Upon request for early deletion, data is erased within 30 calendar days.

Transfers outside the European Union

No personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Union. Data is hosted on servers located in France (O2switch, Clermont-Ferrand).

Recipients

Collected data is accessible only to the data controller (Eric). It is never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — obtain a copy of data held about you
• Right of rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured format
• Right to object — object to the processing of your data
• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without retroactive effect

Cookies and trackers

This website sets no cookies — no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. No third-party scripts are loaded. No browsing data is collected or transmitted to external services.

Data security

Forms are submitted via HTTPS (encrypted connection). Data is forwarded by email to the data controller and is not stored in a database. Server access is restricted and secured by authentication mechanisms.

Supervisory authority

If your request has not received a satisfactory response, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In France: www.cnil.fr (CNIL). In other EU countries, contact your national data protection authority.
